Yes, OMI Jewelry is committed to ethical sourcing. All our diamonds are conflict-free and comply with the Kimberley Process to ensure the highest social and environmental standards.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited overnight shipping for last-minute gifts, which includes full insurance and signature confirmation.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Every purchase includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also provide one complimentary professional cleaning and inspection within the first year.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I get my ring resized after purchase?
Yes, we offer one complimentary resizing for most rings within 60 days of purchase. Some styles, such as full eternity bands, cannot be resized and must be ordered in the correct size.
